The competence of the jury is:

1. The work of the jury is held from 1 August to 1 October each year; ​

 

2. Determine the merits of each video, its compliance with the terms of the competition; ​

 

3. Assign the title of the winner of the competition I, II, III degree; ​

 

4. Share one seat between multiple participants; ​

 

5. To set up special diplomas; ​

 

6. The jury's decision is final and not subject to revision; ​

 

7. All participants are awarded certificates or special diplomas for participation; ​

 

8. Diplomas and certificates are sent in electronic and paper (on request) form; ​

 

9. Registration and distribution of awards is carried out from October 21 to November 21

of each year; ​

 

10. The results are posted on the contest website.
